Scotle-HR460C BGA rework station is with the similar functions as ZM-

R5860C.

They are different in some aspect and Scotle-HR460C is updated

from the latter.

1 - Embedded Industrial PC, high definition touch screen interface, PLC control, and instant profile analysis function.

2 - Uses precise K-type close circuit control and with automatic temperature adjustment system and PLC, the temperature accuracy can be within 2 deg C.

Meanwhile, Scotle-HR460C is equipped with external temperature sensor which can detect real temperature and help to analyze and certify the profile efficiently.

3 - The PCB positioning uses V-groove which can help locate the PCBA quicker, more accurate and easier.

4 - Uses removable and retractable universal fixture which can protect PCBA from deformation , and edge components from damage.

5 - Equipped with different kinds of alloy air nozzles which can be rotate in 360 degrees.

6 - Has three independent temperature zones, top and bottom temperature zones can be set 6 to 8 temperature files and can store more than hundred profiles for different BGA reworking.

Users can select, analyze, set and certify the profiles on the touch screen.

7 - Scotle-HR460C cooling system uses high power cross flow fan which can cooling the PCB quickly to prevent deformation, built-in vacuum pump and external vacuum suction pen for picking up the BGA chips easily.

8 - Scotle HR460C is equipped with external camera system, and users can detect the melting process, which is the only diffrence with Scotle-HR460.
