Working principle:
Ultrasonic welding is a special welding process that uses the ultrasonic frequency ( more than 20KHz) energy of mechanical vibration to realize the junction of the same or dissimilar metal, semiconductor, plastics and metal- ceramic, etc.
Ultrasonic transducer can convert the ultrasonic signal which has a certain power into the corresponding acoustic energy, then high- concentrated by energy- concentrated device, the result is that the ultrasonic energy becomes more stronger.
When the high- energy ultrasound is applied to the welded interface, its physical effect happens sharp reaction over there, and activates the particles in metal lattice instantly, the result shows that there is diffusion of molecular in the junction, so that welded firmly together.
