Working principle

This machine is suitable for crushing of crude powder of battery sintering material.

Through the reverse movement of the interlocking between the ripples, the sintered raw materials can be effectively crushed.

The gap between the rollers can be determined according to the different materials and crushing requirements.

●Unique tectonic mode

One of the two rollers is fixed on the axle seat and the other is sliding structure.

This structure can adjust the gap between rollers.

The sliding side produces a certain pressure through the extrusion of the spring to crush the material.

But when mixed with foreign subjects or overload, the pressure will disappear.

But in order to prevent the two rollers from colliding with each other, buffer blocks are added between the rollers to ensure the two rollers.

●Special Ceramic Roller

Ceramic rollers are welded on steel hubs with special adhesives and fixed on transmission shafts with parallel pins.

The compressive strength is very good.
