principle:

the system fan draws in fresh air from the inlet of filter and heater.

the purified and heated air passes through the lower screen of the granulator.

high speed air flow maintains powder suspension and forms a stable fluidized bed.

after the solution as the binder is pressed to the spray gun by the infusion pump, it is sprayed to the powder in the drying room like a mist, which makes the powder agglomerate into porous particles.

after the particles are formed, they are dried in the dryer according to the predetermined cycle.

the wet air is collected by the anti-static bag filter at the top of the dryer and then discharged to the outside.
