The Load Cell AC19387-1 is a high-precision weighing device customized for Java 7 Power’s 2×1050MW coal-fired units.

It is mainly applied in the coal handling system and coal bunker of the world’s largest lignite boiler (3100 tons/hour output) in the power plant.

Adopting strain gauge technology, it accurately measures coal weight, converts mechanical signals into standard 4~20mA DC output, and provides reliable data support for fuel consumption statistics and boiler combustion optimization, ensuring stable operation of the power plant’s core production chain.
