Long Bar Induction Heat Treatment Line - China

Developed by Forever Electromechanical, the long bar induction heat treatment line is a fully‑automatic continuous processing solution for carbon steel, alloy steel and other long metal bars.

It integrates automatic feeding, induction quenching, spray cooling, constant‑temperature tempering and automatic unloading into one compact production line, realizing 24‑hour stable unmanned operation.

Adopting mature IGBT intermediate‑frequency induction power supply, the line achieves fast internal‑external synchronous heating with high electro‑thermal efficiency, saving over 35% energy compared with traditional resistance furnaces.

Equipped with multi‑segment induction coils, rotary roller conveyor and PLC‑infrared closed‑loop temperature control system, it keeps small temperature difference, ensures uniform hardness and minimal deformation for finished bars, effectively reducing oxidation and decarburization problems.

Modular structural design supports flexible adjustment for bars of different diameters and lengths.
