In the thin film evaporator, the materials are evenly distributed into thin films by the rotor on the inner wall of the evaporator.

The heat transfer efficiency of the liquid film is very high, which makes the light components evaporate in a very short time, and the vaporized light components are condensed and liquefied in the external condenser, so as to realize separation.

Thin film evaporator is used to separate heat sensitive and high boiling point products.

Thin film evaporators are heated by liquid heat transfer medium (such as heat transfer oil).

The characteristics of product and liquid film and the situation of condensate can be clearly seen in the distillation process.
