When RYDW series belt dryer works, the materials to be processed are distributed on the conveyor belt through appropriate laying mechanism, such as star distributor, swing belt, pulverizer or granulator, and the conveyor belt is composed of one or several heating units.
Each heating unit is equipped with an air heating and circulation system, and each channel has one or several dehumidification systems.
When the conveyor belt passes, the hot air passes through the materials on the conveyor belt from top to bottom or from bottom to top, so that the materials can be dried evenly.
Principle:
The drying section is divided into several units.
The hot air of each unit circulates independently and passes through the stainless steel mesh belt covered with materials from bottom to top to take away the moisture of materials.
The mesh belt moves slowly, and the material running speed can be adjusted according to the material temperature.
The dried product falls into the feeder continuously.
