The paper feed mechanism stores cardboard and delivers it sheet by sheet to the bottom of the drop bottle as needed.
It's equipped with a mechanism to monitor the cardboard storage level, prompting the operator to add more cardboard if the stockpile exceeds a certain limit.
A lifting cylinder raises the cardboard suction plate (the vacuum is generated by the vacuum activation component), which draws the cardboard sheets from the storage, one by one.
The right-hand feed cylinder then feeds the cardboard into the cardboard guide chute.
A reduction motor drives a transition pulley, which delivers the cards from the guide chute to the bottom of the drop bottle mechanism's final dropper via upper and lower V-shaped conveyor belts.
