Test Procedure & Criteria：

Testing Methodology:

1 - Secure the elliptical tester with clamps ensuring vertical alignment

2 - Position the toy in the most probable insertion orientation

3 - Apply only gravitational force during testing

4 - Observe complete penetration depth

5 - Repeat for spherical/circular-ended toys using circular tester

Evaluation Criteria:

- Toys shall NOT fully penetrate elliptical tester

- Spherical/circular-ended toys shall NOT fully penetrate circular tester

- Acceptable partial penetration ≤ 50% of total depth

Special Cases:

- For ball-shaped components: Perform 3 consecutive tests

- Record maximum penetration depth for each orientation
