After pulping and vacuum adsorption molding, the materials are shaped into seedling trays and other forms with a certain strength.

High-temperature sterilization and drying are then performed, and nutrients necessary for seedling cultivation are added simultaneously.

The molds and processes for this equipment are customized according to the customer's existing raw materials and production needs.

The entire process selects one or more mixtures of different crop straws as the main components and framework of the substrate, and adds a certain proportion of other biomass materials, as well as relevant nutrients, natural water-retaining agents, swelling agents, binders, root promoters and sterilizing agents.

A lightweight soilless rice seedling substrate has been developed.

This soilless substrate has good water absorption and expansion properties, and sufficient nutrient supply capacity; the seedlings cultivated in it have a short growth cycle, are vigorous, have good carpeting ability, strong stress resistance, and recover quickly after transplanting; the seedlings have good root cohesion, are highly compatible with machine transplanting technology, and save labor and costs.

These renewable resources were effectively utilized, turning waste into treasure and protecting the environment.

The planting of crops such as rice and lawns was effectively stopped.

Previously, soil was extracted everywhere during planting, causing soil damage and environmental problems.
