Tube Ice Machine produces hollow tubular ice.

This unique shape has a larger surface area for faster cooling.

The tube ice is dry, sub-cooled, and flows freely, making it ideal for beverages, chemical processes and seafood display.

Solid tube ice can be designed too.

Koller Tube Ice Machine adopts Stainless Steel 304 framework, it can be directly put into the food production workshops.

It has compact structure and covers a small area, has high frozen efficiency and low power consumption.

The installation and operation are very simple.

Tube ice machine consist of two parts, evaporator and refrigeration unit, both these two parts and be sold individually.

Evaporator: It is a vertical shell tube type device.

The stainless steel heat exchange tube carries the upper and lower tube sheets, and each has a water tank at the top and bottom.

The parts of the evaporator that come into contact with water are made of Stainless Steel 304, so the ice produced meets food safety standards.

Refrigeration unit: Using brand refrigeration components, including compressors, condensers, liquid storage tanks, oil separators, gas separators, and electrical control boxes, the refrigeration efficiency is high and energy consumption is saved.

Capacity: Our Tube Ice Making Machines has daily capacity from 1 ton to 30 tons.

We can also customize other tonnage according to your specific requirements.
