Our filter fabric for industrial solid/liquid separation are mostly
used in filter presses including plate and frame filter press, chamber
filter press and vacuum filter, etc.
We also use it for the
construction of our filter bags.
The choice of fabrics at each
application depend on: • Temperature • Humidity • Dust' s
specifications (size, chemical specs, etc)
As a general rule, Pulse Jet and Plenum Pulse cleaning systems utilize needle felt medias, while Shaker and
Reverse Air systems use woven medias.
Medias are manufactured from a variety of man-made fibers and are selected based on a number of
factors including: operating temperature, chemical components in the dust stream, abrasiveness of the
dust being handled as well as other characteristics of the particular systems usage.
A number of
treatments are available to improve dust discharge on the cleaning cycle, improve the filter efficiency of
the media, to add flame retardant qualities and other specialized applications.
