Installation UVO - 1 is designed to provide several welding stations
simultaneously.
Installation UVO- 1 is designed to provide multiple welding stations simultaneously and for cleaning the air supplied to it via a combination of the preliminary and the fine purification filters ( HEPA) .
The device is equipped with the system of pneumatic regeneration of pre- filters.
For intake of contaminated air the duct is connected to the device, clean air is fed back into the room.
In the equipment an asynchronous motor with fan is installed, 4 kW.
A frequency inverter is used to control the motor, it allows a soft start of the motor and stepless regulation of its rotation speed.
The device is equipped with an electronic control unit that provides automatic cleaning of the filters and controls its other parameters.
The unit is equipped with four cartridge filter elements and high efficiency filter with filtering class FP11- UVO- 1 ( till 99.9% pure.
