PP Filter Bag
Filter material: 100% polypropylene needle felt, with high chemical stability (pH 1–13 resistance), good acid-base compatibility for most organic solvents
Manufacturing process: optional sewing or ultrasonic welding, reinforced top seal, and equipped with plastic, PP or 304/316 stainless steel rings.
PE Filter Bag
Filter material: It uses 100% polyester (Polyester, also known as PE) needle felt, without adhesive, excellent chemical stability, suitable for common acid and alkaline media.
Manufacturing process: can be selected for sewing or ultrasonic welding, with PE plastic rings, stainless steel or galvanized steel ring seals on the top to enhance sealing and compressive resistance.
Nylon Filter Bag
Filter material: nylon (polyamide) needle felt or monofilament mesh, the surface can be burned and coated to avoid fiber falling off.
Edge sealing method: Use sewing/ultrasonic welding process, and seal with plastic, galvanized or stainless steel rings to ensure reliable sealing.
PTFE Filter Bag
Filter material
100% PTFE needle-punched felt fiber, single-filament/multi-fil ament structure; some products are equipped with ePTFE membrane surface to improve filtration accuracy and enhance anti-adhesion.
Surface treatment
It can be treated with hot pressing, singe, calendaring or PTFE coating to form a smooth, low friction, and non-dust-stick surface.
Edge-sealing form
The top is often equipped with PTFE or stainless steel sealing rings, which ensure reliable sealing through sewing or ultrasonic hot melting.
