D quartz tube with a pair of smart stainless steel vacuum

sealing flange and valve / gauge which allow to heat sample

under vacuum or flowing gas condition upto 1200°C.

Precision temperature controller can provide 30 segments

heating and cooling steps with ±1°C accuracy.

furnace without necessary safety controls and supervision.

4) Small cracks may appear on the surface of the

refractory ceramics over extended use.

This is a normal

occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina

coating.

YL- 1400T tube furnace using SiC rods as heating elements.

It

is widely used for materials or chemical lab to sinter all

types of new materials samples under vacuum or other gases

condition.

The temperature of EQ- GSL- 1500X40 tubing furnace

is controlled by high precision SCR ( Silicon Controlled

Rectifier) digital controller with accuracy ±1oC and 50

segments programmable up to 1400oC.

The tube furnace can be

placed into a glove box to process material in various

atmospheres.
