H100 Acrylic Flame Polishing Machine, also portable and weighing less

than 30lbs (12kg), can offer 2 torches to produce mixed hydrogen and

oxygen that is applied in acrylic processing, jewelry work, copper

brazing, dental mold making and school labs.

Working Principles: Using a

standard electrical supply, hydrogen and oxygen are produced by the

electrolysis of distilled water.

Inlet AC to electrolytic cell filled

with NaOH or KOH and water molecules are decomposed gradually and then

hydrogen and oxygenare produced.

The mixed gases are passed through a gas

atomiser and delivered to single or multiple torches via an output lead.

H100 is the most popular unit used in flame polishing.

The machine can

polish acrylic up to a thickness of 15mm in one pass.

Its' Micro size

flame makes acrylic products polishing possible where difficult holes,

corners, edges and areas traditional polishing machinery aren't able to

reach.

2800`C high temperature micro flame rapidly makes acrylic

products edges crystal, clear and silky smooth.

Special Features Acrylic

Flame Polishing Machine is protected by an overpressure control linked

into an electrical circuit break, such that, in the unlikely event of an

overpressure condition arising the machines witches and locking off

automatically.

A flame-back arrestor is fitted into the torch as a

safeguard to the operator and also to prevent damage to equipment.
