Main Features:
1 - The machine is welded with high quality steel and processed by aging heat treatment.
Therefore, it has the feature of high strength and non- deformation, and can endure the expansive force of high density products.
2 - The machine uses the control of full- computerized touch type display.
Therefore , its mould opening, mould closing, loading, heating, thermal insulating, vacuum cooling, mould releasing to push out the product can achieve full- auto cycle operation.
3 - The surface of machine mould cavity uses a special aluminum alloy plate.
It has high heat conductivity, high tensile strength and long life.
4 - The machine uses a special advanced foreign pierce heating moulding process and high- pressurized absorbent materials for induced draft fan.
It has strong cooling performance and penetration force, good viscosity, less steam consumption, high moulding speed and low water content, which can ensure the consistency between the inside and outside of products.
5 - The machine can produce the block size from 1m to 1.2m, which depending on customer’s requirements.
