Valve Features:

Plug

The plug encapsulated rubber in specialized processing

method can provide zero leak and be suitable for vacuum

working

conditions.

The fully- encapsulated rubber provides the

best protection against plug corrosion.

When installed,

slightly

pressing the artificial rubber of PTFE thrust gasket can

prevent the abrasion particles entering bearing.

Seat

A welded nickel alloy seat on body offers the best

corrosion resistance and special design reduces torque

to ensure

tightness and extend plug life.

Corrosion resistance epoxy

seat is also available on common application.

Stem Seal

Our design combines the advantages of resilient and abrasion

resistant.

Self- adjusting sealing system is not affected by

the

change of pressure, and keep isolated from plug stem or

external torque device.

Limited Bolt

Adjust travel location of close and open, uniform the

indicator on actuator with valve’s opening angle.

Torque

Rubber encapsulated plug sealing surface matches

nickel alloy seat and plug stem locates in body and

bonnet, makes

relative position of upper and lower stem and sealing

surface unchanged.

It ensures continuous low torque

operation.

Flow

The port design with improved internal contours gives high

capacity straight through flow in the full open position.

Reduce

turbulence and pressure drop.

At the same time, the capacity

of passing solids.

100% Port Area

All products in this series ( 3”~36”) are 100% eccentric

plug valves.

The port is 100% standard pipe area which can

provide

straight and high capacity flow.

Improved Rectangular Ports Increase the Capacity of Shut Off

100% full pipe area rectangular port provides more flow and

avoids the problems associated with the point- to- point

seating

in valves utilizing a segmented ball design, point- to- point

seating attempts to fit a spherical ball segment into a

circular seat.

Any vertical or horizontal misalignment results in excessive

interference at the initial point of contact which increases

wear

and prevents the segmented ball from closing fully.

Full Port Allows Pipeline Pigging

Full opening, the 100% area port and the straight- through

interior body design is able for in- line pigging.
