Our garden wood shredder chipper, model DR- CS- 15HP, is one wood

shredding machine with powerful pull start gasoline engine 15HP.

This

unit chips branches up to 120mm ( 4.7 inches) in diameter.

It is also

ideal for shredding leaves and debris.

With an adjustable side discharge

chute instead of bottom outlet, it' s unlikely to clog and the results

can be easily collected.

This machine is of compact and elegant design.

It weighs 175kg ( 385 pounds) and comes with large wheels for easy

transport around your home and yard.

It features:

1 - Light Weight and Compact Design

It’s of compact assembly dimensions: 1.8m* 0.8m* 1.15m.

The whole machine has a light weight of 175kg ( 385 pounds) .

This makes it much easier to be stored in a shed or workshop, maneuver around the yard or load into a vehicle for transport.

Please note that the machine has to be shut down before maneuvering.

The unit employs a powerful 420CC 15HP Chinese petrol engine in pull start ( it starts on first or second pull) .

It makes reducing woods, branches or garden waste a quick and easy process.

Engines like Honda or B& S are also available.

3 - Twin Reversible Chipping Blades and 2pcs of Quality V- Belts

Employed are twin reversible chipping blades.

They are made of high quality hardened steel, selected for its toughness, and are heat treated for wear resistance.

Both of them can be sharpened and they are easy to replace.

To transfer power, there are 2 pieces of quality V- belts.

They are of durable and unlikely to break.

4 - 120mm Chipping Capacity and Consistent & Uniform Results

Our unit is capable of devouring branches up to 4.7 inches ( 120mm) in diameter.

It’s ideal for shredding leaves, debris, twigs, limbs, sticks, bushes, woods, branches and garden wastes.

Cycle shredding system ensures consistent and uniform results when chipping woods, approximately 10mm* 10mm* 3mm.

5 - Adjustable Side Discharge Chute

Our chipper discharges processed material out of a side discharge on the unit.

The unit comes with an adjustable deflector vane which can rotate a 180 degrees.

It will be very convenient for users to employ collection bag to collect the processed material and carry it to the location of their choice.

And the airflow through our unit will allow you, if you prefer, to discharge the material a few feet away from the machine such as directing chips into a truck, trailer or wagon.

6 - A Trailer Hitch and Two Quality Wheels for Portablity and Road Towing

The unit comes with a trailer hitch and 2 pieces of quality wheels for maneuvering and towing.

The tires are 14- inch ( 370mm) in diameter with 23- inch ( 580mm) wheel base.

7 - Big Self- Feeding Top Hopper with 550mm* 450mm Opening

The unit has a large hopper on the top to allow easy loading of leaves and small branches into the machine for shredding.

It pulls the branches in as soon as it catches.

The opening at the top of the hopper is 21' ( 550mm) long and 18' ( 450mm) wide; so you can easily deposit small woods, branches and debris for processing.

The opening at the base of the hopper narrows to 8' ( 200mm) long x 4.7' ( 120mm) wide.

8 - Protection during Operation

There is a plastic baffle in the entrance to prevent finished chips popping and hurting operators.

For shipping purposes, the shredder hopper, chipper cone and discharge chute are packed separately.

There are only a few screws and nuts to install to finish assembling our unit.

Assembly is very simple and typically takes around 30 minutes.
