Operation :

This vision system is suitable to measure the dimension of the oil

seal, oil seal spring, o-ring, metal case, rubber bottle cap, bush

and all kinds of the circle rubber parts.

•The machine has a superior measurement compared with the

MICROVIEW or conventional 2D equipments.

•Then operator puts the object at the central point of the

measuring area and will get the result in 1 sec after the hand

leave the measuring glass plate.

•The machine displays the measured oil seal for good and bad

parts.

•To measure dimension of the different color rubber parts.

•The measuring value of the ovalization, concentricity and wire

diameter are the reference for the operator.

•The operator sets the machine with the parameters and the

tolerances, as a result he obtains a complete counting report of

the good parts and the defects.

•The measured report can be saved in the SD card for further

analysis purpose by the computer.

•The machine guarantees a perfect repeatability.

•Do not need much training for the operator because it is much

different from the general vision system and operates easily.

•The machine is able to start measuring the parts 30 minutes later

after the main power is turned on.

•If the measured object is not a real circle, the measuring value

is for reference.
