Spiral sand washing machine is the core equipment in the field of sand and gravel cleaning, mainly used to remove soil and impurities from sand and gravel, achieve integrated cleaning, grading, and dewatering operations, and is a key equipment for sand and gravel treatment in industries such as construction, metallurgy, and hydropower.
Core structure and working principle
Main structure: composed of electric motor, reducer, spiral blades, water tank, discharge outlet, weir plate and other components, divided into two types: single spiral and double spiral.
The double spiral model has stronger processing capacity.
Working principle: Sand and gravel enter the water tank through the feeding port, and are mixed with water under the rotation and stirring of the spiral blades.
Separation is achieved by utilizing the difference in specific gravity between sand and gravel and impurities
Soil and mud with low specific gravity are discharged from the overflow weir plate along with the water flow;
The heavier sand and gravel move upwards under the push of the spiral blades, and excess water is removed and discharged from the top discharge port, completing cleaning and grading.
