XS Series Sand Washer is a bucketed sand washer, mainly used to washing

and drying building material and can wash and separate the stone powder

and soil in the sand.

Its novel sealed structure and reliable gearing

ensure the washing and dewatering effects.

It is a high-efficient

equipment for sand washing coordinated with sand maker and is widely

used in construction plant, gravel factory, hydropower station, concrete

dam sites and other industries.

XS Series Sand Washer has the

characteristics of high cleaning degree, reasonable structure, high

output, lower power consumption and fewer sand lost in washing process.

The transmission parts of sand washer are isolated from water and sand,

which makes the fault rate much lower than that of the sand washer in

common use at present.

It

Working Principle:

At working time, the electric motor drives the impeller run slowly through the v-belt, decelerator and gear wheel.

The gravel flows into washing launder from the feeding launder, rolls with the impeller and grinds each other to rid impurities and destroy water vapour layers cladding on the gravel.

Meanwhile, add more water, and the strong water flow will take away impurities and some low-weight wastes from the washing launder to the overfall washing launder.

Through the above process, the washing function is finished.

Clean sand and stone will be taken away by vanes and poured into the discharging launder from the revolving impeller to finish the washing function.

Application:

The Sand Washer is widely used in gravel plant, mine, building material, transportation, chemical industry, hydropower station, concrete mixing plant and so on for washing and screening materials.
