High Pressure Suspension Grinder Mill aka ultra-fine grinder, it’s ideal

crushing machinery for non-metallic ore milling.

Such as: coal stone,

blast furnace slag, power plant desulfurization agent, chalk, feldspar,

quartz, gypsum, barite, limestone, ceramic, slag, etc.

The materials

should be non-flammable and under 9.3 of moth’s hardness, humidity below

6%.

The fineness of final product is adjustable, the adjustment range is

80-425 mesh.

Within the high pressure hanging roller mill, the rollers are tighten by a high strength spring which can provide 1000-1500KG compressive pressure.

The roller will utilizes the compressive force that provide by the springs and centrifugal force which generated by the motors.

The rolling pressure of roller crusher is 20% higher than Raymond mill.

The materials feed into the middle of roller by the shovel blades.

After crush the powder will brought into analysis machine, qualified powder will collected by the powder collector, rest of them will return to the grinding chamber to be reprocessed again.

The length of spring can be adjusted, in order to maintain the consent pressure between rollers and ensure the productivity and fineness
