But its biggest disadvantage is that the plate hammer and the impact plate are easy to wear, especially for the crushing of hard ore, the wear will be more serious, which often need to be changed.

At present, due to the presence of some wear resistant materials, it has been used in some metal separating plants.

Working Principle:

When the machine works, driven by the electro motor, the rotor will rotate with high speed, and when the materials go into the action zone of the plate hammer, they will strike and are crushed on the plate of the rotor, and then are crushed again when they are thrown to the impacting device, and then the materials will bounce back from the impact lining board and go to the action zone of the plate hammer and are crushed again.

This process will proceed repeatedly, and the materials go into the first, second and third impacting chamber to be crushed until they are crushed to the required granularity, and then discharged from the discharging mouth.

Adjusting the gap between the impacting rack and the rotor can change the discharging granularity and the shape of the materials.

Performance features:

1 - Optimized crushing capacity type, higher production, big crushing ratio and little investment.

2 - Enlarge the inlet design, which can crush bigger material.

It can replace jaw crusher when crush middle hardness material such as limestone and so on.

When deal with building waste such as large outlet rebar concrete, it has previous superiority.

4 - The rotor has heavy type design, which not only increases the reliability and raises the moment of inertia of the rotor, but improves the processing ability of crusher and improve fixed way of hammer plate, which can make the replacement of plate hammer become more convenient and more reliable.

5 - Optimize overload and over iron protection device.

Impact plate can rebound under the condition of the overload, once the load value returns to normal, impact board will return to the default location and work normally.

6 - Adopt hydraulic booster design, which greatly facilitates adjustment of discharging mouth, and which also make it easy to open the frame into inside the crusher for inspection, repair and replacement.
