Working principle

1 The main components of this machinery are vibrating screen, motors, slurry pumps, cyclone , SZF line screen, cleaning tank, and return bins.

The machinery can washing, dehydrating and grading sand in a row.

2 working process : slurry pump feed the sand & water mixture into cyclone, fine sand will transfer to the vibrating screen by grit mouth.

Eccentric movement dehydrates the fine sand and contaminants will return to return bins to be recycle again.

The weight concentration of dehydrated sand is about 70% ~ 80%.

The fineness can be change through adjusting the overflow of water, speed of pump and sand output mouth.
