TSP grits

Sizes: From 80/100 fine mesh grit size to 5/7 mesh size, shape for blocky, needle-like etc.

Application: The best replacement of natural and synthetic diamond grit in concrete cutting, grinding,

polishing, and surface-set grinding or core bit drilling areas.

Advantage:

1, The TSP grits possess a high thermal stability of up to 1200° C and are self-sharpening compared to

natural diamond, since natural diamond has short-comings: too strong and brittle for self-sharpening

and polishing concrete, stone, marble or granite etc.

2, Production of coarse TSP grit size from 80/100 mesh size up to 5/7 mesh in almost any preferred

shape such as blocky, round, spherical, needle like, and any desirable tailor-made shaped etc.

Normally

conventional synthetic diamond used in drilling, cutting or polishing area is mostly 30/40 - 50/60 mesh

grits, but our TSP grits are available for 20/30 and even bigger mesh grits, which are required more and

more currently in saw diamond blades and core drill bits manufacturing industries.

On this point, synthetic

diamond and natural diamond can not be bulky offered for production limit.

3, Our TSP grits for sizes from 80/100 to 5/7 mesh are with favorable prices and performance compared

to synthetic diamond and natural diamond due to their production limit.
