The launched mobile crushing plant eliminates the cumbersome steel
structure, foundation construction for crushing, which can be directly
driven into the site, without transport, directly to obtain the required
particle size.
It has been widely used in metallurgical, chemical,
building materials, water and electricity that often need moving work of
material processing, especially for the flow stone operation of highway,
railway, water and electricity projects.
Introduction of mobile crushing plant (movable crushing station):
Structure features:
Tire type movable crushing station is mainly composed of three parts: feeding systems, centralized control and monitoring systems, crushing system.
According to the different requirements of the crushing process��it can be designed “ first crushing then screening', can also be composed of' first screening then crushing' process.
In accordance with the actual needs, the crushing station is combined into coarse, fine two stage screening system, but also can be combined into a coarse, medium, fine three stage screening system, which has very high flexibility to fully meet the needs of different customers.
Working principle:
The main breaking device of mobile crushing plant is crusher��su ch as jaw crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher��.
Material is uniformly deliveried into the crusher through vibrating feeder, after being initially broken by crusher , then form a closed system with circular vibrating screen to realize the recycling of materials crushing.
If the material meet the size requirements , it will be discharged by the conveyor so as to achieve the purpose of production.
Application features:
Mobile crushing plant for gravel processing system : the use of movable artificial aggregate processing system, will greatly reduce excavation, construction, installation, demolition work , improve production efficiency and reduce operation cost.
