PanBloc welded plate heat exchanger is compact and efficient, although fully welded, is totally accessible on both sides.
With no interplate gaskets, problems associated with conventional gasketed plate heat exchangers, such as gasket compatibility, temperature and pressure, are eliminated.
The heart of PanBloc consists of laser welded corrugated heat transfer plates of stainless steel or other exotic metals.
The heart is enclosed and supported by four corner columns, upper and lower heads and four panels.
The totally bolted design allows quick disassembly of the panels for inspection, service and cleaning.
