A water bottle filling machine is the equipment that turns empty PET bottles into sealed, ready-to-ship bottled water — rinsing, filling, and capping in one automated pass.

Xilinear builds water bottle filling machines for two very different buyer profiles: bottled water plants running high-speed 250ml–1.5L lines, and producers filling large-format 5L–10L jugs for office and home delivery.

Both use the same underlying gravity-filling principle, but the machine configuration — head count, conveyor layout, capping torque — is built differently for each.
