Structure:

Cable drag chain looks like tank chain, consisting of many

unit rotating- freely links.

Unit link consists of left - and-

right link plate and up- and- down cover plate.

Each drag can

be easily opened and installed, no need threading, just put

the electric cable, oil tube, air pipe, water pipe and others

into drag chain after opening the cover plate.

Same series cable carrier have same inner height, but outer

height, pitch, inner width and bending radius can have

different choice.

Chain connection and Installation:

1 - Drag chains can, apart from for normal horizontal

movements, also be used for vertical, circular and combined

horizontal/ vertical movements.

If the cross section is too small for the cables, it is

possible to divide the cables between a number of chains

arranged side by side or opposite to each other.

2 - The fixed point connection should be laid in the middle of

the travel length.

This arrangement yields the shortest

connection between the fixed point and the mobile unit, and

thus also the most economic lengths of drag chain, cables

and hoses.

3 - A flat surface is required to support the drag chain.

This

surface must be kept clear in the chains working area.

A

support tray is required when there is no satisfactory

support for the chain.
