when aluminum frame go through the sensor, transmission pinch roller and glue valve work according to the setting program.

All the program, time setting and transmission speed will control by PLC .

7 this machine adjust import pneumatic and hydraulic supercharging system and make supply voltage stable, guarantee extrude evenly.

8 cylinder’s diameter is 195mm.

cylinder lining is firstly made by coarse grinding and then hard chromium plating.

Finally, after refined grinding to reach needed size.
