Reasonable solution on the circle of hot air circulation and air velocity, improve the guiding plate structure, equipped with reasonable hot air circulating duct, ensuring the uniformity of furnace temperature is within plus/minus 3 degree.

2 - Advanced PLC control technology and intelligent instrument dual control technology ensure the reliability of annealing process.

3 - With Nitrogen atmosphere protection technology, the furnace can reach very low oxygen content control (oxygen control less than 1000PPM), and very low nitrogen consumption (less than 40NM3/H).

4 - The gas radiant tube heating annealing furnace is equipped with high efficiency and energy saving burners, various types of heat-resistant alloy radiant tubes, especially pulse combustion control technology, which can achieve extremely high temperature control precision and the lowest gas consumption.
