Continuous Casting And Rolling Line Machine - China

The four- wheel continuous casting machine is made up by up & low

casting ladle, gravity flow adjust device, crystallizing wheel and

gearing device, pinch roller device, steel belt greasing device, bridge

approach and tension device, ingot picker device, both inside and

outside cooling device, steel belts and so on.

The melting aluminum liquid flows into the up casting ladle by the launder

of the holding furnaces.

The floating stopper controlled by the gravity can

control the flow rate of the aluminum liquid that is flow into the low casting

ladle.

The aluminum liquid is casting from the low casting ladle by level to

the cavity which is formed by crystallizing wheel( “H” type) and sealing

steel belt.

The cooling in every sides ensures the crystallizing cast ingot be

dense and even.

It’s easy for the inner and outer cooling rotated out from

the crystallizing wheel, and it’s convenient for the cooling water’s

adjustment and equipment’s maintenance.

All nozzles are made of stainless

steel, with cooling water pressure shows, flow adjustment and pneumatic

tension from steel belt ( adjustable) .

The supporting axis of the

crystallizing wheel is equipped with an internal cooling device, which allows

0.2 ~ 0.5 MPa cooling water to pass through.

The cooling water sprays on the

internal surface of the crystallizing wheel by the nozzles.

There are three

districts for inner cooling, and three for outer and side cooling, through

which the aluminum liquid cools down gradually and be solidified into aluminum

cast ingot.
