    Full Automatic Horizontal Flaskless Molding Line is mainly suitable for moulding production of valves, mechanical parts, automobile parts, hydraulic parts, pipe fittings and fastening these parts, also suitable for ductile iron, gray iron, malleable cast iron and non-ferrous metails these materials, with advantages of high production efficiency, low investment, quick effect, energy-saving and environmental protection.

    This moulding line mainly consists of moulding machine, pouring line, cooling line, castings conveying system, and electric control, hydraulic control and pneunatic control system, which can realize full automatic control of sand feeding, moulding, pouring, cooling and castings movement.
