AC servo cutting system

Automatic synchronization of cardboard’s speed; fixed length cut –off as its basic function; Automatic order change; Italian branded permanent magnet synchronous AC servo motor and German branded servo controller adopted for high efficiency and precision cutoff.

Optional color mark tracking system is used if preprinted liner paper is put into production.

VF control of feed-in and feed-out

Variable frequency motor and inverter control used for cardboards’ feed-in and feed-out on this machine.

Timing belt transmission; PU wheels used for cardboard pressing at feeding; Automatic synchronization of conveying speed and cardboard real speed.

Touch-screen monitor

Standard 5.7″ touch-screen monitor and friendly HMI on operator console is used for on-site operating.
