APPLICATION: The machine is applicable to regenerated materials, such as

polyester chip or bottle flake, regranulated fiber, grinding material

etc, to produce polyester staple solid fiber, 3D crimpled hollow fiber,

high intensity low stretching fiber.

(Noted: This kind of machinery can

also uses Polypropylene, Polyamide as raw materials to produce fiber.

)

1.1 EQUIPMENT SUMMARIZATION

The spinning process starts from vacuum dryer and finish at the can traversing drive, and the spinning machine make use of high pressure , melt spinning technology.

The post-spinning Process starts from the creel stand and finish at the baler.
