1 - Drum traverse system

•The precise slit stainless drum guides the threads winding up.

The straight

yarn path gets the good conditions and reduces the hairiness of the threads.

•Drum with special hardened polish treatment, it’s good for high speed

running and it can lower the noise.

2 - Individual touch panel control system

•Preset the yarn measuring length from keyboard, and then the computer of the

bobbin winding machines will measure the yarn length with compensate length

adjustment, it’s accurate and reliable.

•You can also preset the yarn deliver speed from 400~1400 meters per minute

on touch panel and then run the constant yarn speed.

•The lube roller speed can be preset from 0~50 RPM on touch panel for the

lubricant percentages with the threads.

The uniform lubricant throughout the

packages of threads lubricates due to the constant yarn deliver speed.

•Preset product quantity; make it easy to manage the production efficiently.

3 - Automatic bobbin magazine device

•Standard tube bobbin magazine for 20~30 pcs empty bobbins.

•With non-bobbin detector, the machine will stop automatically when it stops

bobbing.

4 - Auto-Doffing and control system

•Pneumatic controlled, precise, stable and act quickly.

5 - Electronic magnetic tension device

•Electronic magnetic tension controls the tension throughout the cycle of

winding process, to make sure the quality of packages
