The servo motor uses the gear rack synchronization device to synchronously lift the left and right washing plates to the bottom of the cardboard and absorb the cardboard.

After the bottle drop device drops the bottle onto the cardboard, the servo motor drives the synchronization device to fall.

At the same time, the left and right suction cups absorb the cardboard, and the bottle finally falls between the front and rear box clamping chain plates on the main rotating conveyor chain.

Pre- pressure box: When the wrapped carton is transported to the front folding glue spraying position, the front folding glue spraying device is driven by a cylinder to rotate the spray gun to spray glue on the upper cover of the carton; then the front folding cylinder drives the front folding pressure plate and the baffle to press down, and the front folding is achieved through a concave wheel mechanism.

The successive movement of the baffle presses the front fold of the folded box.
