The EVA TPU supercritical foaming autoclave equipment for experiment adopts high-pressure physical foaming molding technology, which is also a microcellular foaming molding technology.
First, supercritical carbon dioxide or nitrogen and other gases are injected into a special plasticizing device to melt the gas.
After the raw materials are fully uniformly mixed and diffused, a single-phase mixed sol is formed, and then the sol is introduced into the mold cavity or extrusion die to cause the sol to generate a large pressure drop, thereby causing the gas to precipitate to form a large number of bubble nuclei; in the subsequent cooling and molding During the process, the bubble nucleus inside the sol continuously grows and forms, and a foamed molded product is obtained.
Compared with the equipment used for mass production, the volume of the foaming equipment for experiment is smaller, lighter in weight, and small in volume.
It is mainly used in the experimental product testing stage at the initial stage of the product to find out the pressure and temperature data required for the product to be suitable for foaming.
