S Type Straightening Machine - China

This series straightener is upgrade version of the S series straightener.
Special designed for thin materials that need high precision punching treatment.
As we all know, coil material can not finish good products without the flattening and stress relieving treatments; therefore, the performance of the straightener is critical in the production process.
The S-type straightening machine is the necessary equipment for realizing synchronous feeding with punching machine.
The speed-regulating motor or inverter controls the feeding speed.
The material enters the punching machine through the buffer ring, and the photoelectric switch command is used to control the feeding and stopping sheet metal to increase or decrease the speed, finally achieve synchronization with the punching machine.
