Single Back Seal Wet Wipes Machine is designed for producing single-pack wet wipes for restaurants, hotels, travel, and personal use, with a production speed of 60–300 packs/min depending on the wipe size, folding method, and packaging film.

It supports multiple horizontal and longitudinal folding methods and is suitable for spunlace non-woven fabric.

The machine operates at AC380V, 50/60Hz with 6.8 kW power, weighs approximately 1, 100 kg, and measures 2450 × 1800 × 2000 mm.

It accommodates raw material rolls up to 1200 mm in diameter and 120–300 mm in width, with a 76.2 mm core diameter, producing unfolded wipes of 120–260 × 120–300 mm and folded wipes of 60–130 × 60–85 mm.

Compatible packaging materials include pearlized film and aluminum-plated composite film with a thickness of ≤0.07 mm, and the packaging film roll can reach 330 mm in diameter and 250 mm in width.

The machine interface supports Chinese and English, with other languages customizable.
