Technical characteristics

•3200 airport high speed snow ploughs are suitable for various types of civilian and military airports.

•Integrated electronic control system can sense the angles between the chassis and the rack.

Even in high speed turning, hydraulic control steering can also ensure the brush advances along the trail of the snow-blade.

•Each sensor can resist the erosion of pollutants and continuously monitor the position of the axle.

•CAT® or Cummins or other maturity well-known brand engines can be chosen as auxiliary one.

Low-temperature cold start devices can be added which ensure the normal start and working at the temperature above -45℃.

•The fuel tank volume is 833L supporting the equipment working without interval.

•The hydraulic tank has a capacity of 227L to ensure the cooler remains working temperature all the time.

•The diameter of rolling brush is 1.168 meter; the optional snow brush width is 4.27 meters 4.88 meters 5.49 meters 6.1 meters or 6.71meters.

•Brush speed can be stepless adjusted in the range of 0-525rpm, and the maximum torque is 6891 nm.

•Rolling brush is driven by high torque double hydraulic motor.

Another option is the compact high torque planetary gearbox drives the hydraulic motor to make the snow brush work.

•Brush wear can be automatically traced.

Gap adjustment system are specially designed.

In order to reach the best ground touching width, they can automatically adjust gap between brush hair and ground according to the extent of snow brush wear.

•Brush hanging device is equipped with a floating ball bearing.

So even on the irregular road surface it can also ensure that the snow brush has excellent touching ground performance.

•A durable dual centrifugal blower and air duct are used at the rear of brush to remove snow and moisture from the apron.

•The fully integrated electronic control system provides the following Functions:

•According to the vehicle speed and wear degree of brush, it can automatically adjust the rotation rate of snow brush.

•Automatic adjustment or manual adjustment of snow sweeping mode.

•The control display has multiple language options.

•Snow pushing blade and snow brush and blower all can be fully controlled in the cab, including linkage control and single control.

•It has the mode of self-diagnosis which is easy to troubleshoot.

•Visual reversing alarm device can be equipped.

•The snow pushing blade adopting wear-resistant plastic knife-teeth and automatic obstacle avoidance function, is suitable for high speed operation.

•Can choose Benz, MAN, IEVCO, Freightliner, International, Heavy Duty Truck, Jiefang, Auman, etc.
