Xz Rotary Vibrating Screener - China

A high-precision screening machinery which consists of an upper cover, a screen box, a base and a vertical motor with eccentric weight installed at two ends.

Diameter ranging from 40 0mm to 2000 mm, with single or multiple screening decks up to five layers.

Material can be of total carbon steel, total stainless steel, or only material contact parts are stainless steel according to clients’ preferences.



Working Principle

Applies a vertical-motor system, with eccentric hammers installed at the top and bottom of the driving motor.

The motor acts as the vibratory source.

Changes of angle of eccentric hammers may change its rotational direction on the screen surface, either horizontal, vertical or inclined motions.

This is done so by adjusting the phase angle on both top and bottom parts.
