Main Components and Instructions

Crushing System

This machine's function is to cut and crush the waste copper

wire, turns to the copper grinder and plastic grinder.

In the

Plastic skin has no mixture of copper.

Feeding System

2 # feeding fan will feed the out crushing material to the #

3 Vibrating sieve, sieve out the rough plastic skin.

Vibrating mesh with different specifications can be

assembled according to different thickness of copper

grinder, aims to let copper grinder fall down through the

mesh.

Then this will reduce the workload of the separation

tablet.

Dust Absorption System

The function of the unit is to draw the small scraps of

paper, fiber, hemp rope, plastic powder and other

miscellaneous dust to windy barrels mouth, discharge them.

The

wind controller adjust to the appropriate position.

There are

dust collect bags at big windy barrels mouth and small windy

barrels mouth to prevent dust pollution of the environment.

VibratingSystem

The function of the unit is to sieve out the rough plastic

skin.

Vibrating mesh can be assembled different

specification's mesh according to thickness of copper

mesh.

Mesh sieve specification: 0.3-1.5mm, 1.5-3mm, 3-5mm.

After sieving out the rough plastic ski, the copper grinder

and the plastic go through the vibrating sieve mouth, then

flow to material hopper of the separating tablet, then from

material hopper to fall down to separating tablet, the

control speed should be adjusted to proper point to assure

normal production.

The more material it fall down on the

tablet, the faster the tablet operate, then the higher

capacity this system will finish.

Separating Tablet System

Top position of separation tablet: The copper flows out from

top position of separation tablet to copper out put mouth.

Middle position of separation tablet: The mixture material

will be returned to feeding mouth, then manually put mixture

again into crushing system.

Aims to separate mixture

again, totally separate copper and plastic.

Down output mouth of separation tablet: separate the plastic

skin, big windy barrels mouth collect small miscellaneous

dust.

In the coarse plastic skin(from vibrating system

sieving)and plastic PVC(from separating system), there is 2%

copper.

(Also can be equipped with water shaker, thoroughly

separate clean copper, 100%separating and recycling copper

purposes).

Electric Control Cabinet

-- Function: Control and adjust the operation and performance

of every system.

Security: When overload, it will automatically shutdown.

No

worry about the safety when you lift overload

production.

After solve overload problems, then it will again

recover the production
