Applications;

Quick couplings W601 20 serie , W601 25 serie, W601 38 serie are used

-on cooling system of plastic, zamak and aluminium injection moulds.

-on mould temperature control lines of thermoplastic injection moulding.

-on water cooling circuit of welding machines

-on cleaning and washing system of machines

-on hot oil lines connections

-all industries

-single or double shut off

-Coupler body and valve are brass nickel plated

-plugs and others are manufactured from stainless steel and hardened.

AISI 420

-the oring in all series couplers is Fluorocarbon FPM (V)

Hydraulic Quick Coupling Series made of carbon steel is zinc plated and male nipples are hardened by applying the heat treatment.

The thread size is BSP and shut off system is poppet valve.

They can be connected and disconnected at zero pressure.

Standard seal material O-Ring is Nitrile Rubber (NBR) suitable for temperature range from -30 °C to +110 °C.

Also Viton, which is ideal for the temperatures from -30 °C to +225 °C, and special springs resistant to high temperatures are available on hand.

For special cases, upon request Silicone (MVQ) and other seal elements are also available.

NPT and Metric thread sizes are also available in case of adequate order amount.

Hydraulic Quick Coupling Series is used in many industries mainly in agriculture, automobile, aviation, construction and defence industries for a wide range of industrial and mobile hydraulic applications such as vehicles like semitrucks, hydraulic systems of machines and equipments.
