Double acting oil cylinder: alternate oil inlet/outlet on both sides of the piston, driving the piston rod to reciprocate (extend/retract), corresponding to the left and right swing of the S valve, respectively.

Short stroke, high-frequency commutation: The stroke is short (usually 200-300mm), but the commutation frequency is extremely high (up to ten or even dozens of times per minute), requiring fast response speed, smooth commutation, and no impact.

Accurate position control: It is necessary to accurately stop at the end positions at both ends (left and right swing positions), ensuring that the S valve port is completely aligned with the outlet of the conveying cylinder to avoid leakage or jamming.

Mechanical limit or hydraulic buffering is often used.

Excellent sealing performance: Dynamic sealing (piston rod sealing) is crucial, as it must be able to withstand high pressure, high-frequency motion, and have minimal leakage.

Internal leakage can cause slow and weak valve switching, while external leakage can pollute the environment and waste hydraulic oil.

Compact structure: usually installed near the valve group of the pumping system, with limited space, requiring a compact structure.

Connection method: The cylinder bottom and rod end are usually connected to the valve group swing arm or drive mechanism through earrings, forks, or pin shafts.
