The 3D2HP-S series high-pressure plunger pump is a self-developed new-generation high-pressure product of our company.
Boasting an input power of up to 90kW and a maximum working pressure of 150MPa, it incorporates key structural optimizations: the stuffing box is equipped with an independent circulating cooling system, which effectively enhances the operational conditions of the plunger seal.
Additionally, the adoption of modular inlet/outlet valve assemblies and an integrated pump head design further improves the generalization level of components.
This pump model is highly versatile for cleaning applications: it is suitable for cleaning heat exchangers and condensers of power plants, as well as tube bundles in the chemical industry.
Compatible with various cleaning actuators, it can efficiently complete a wide range of cleaning operations under working conditions of 100-150MPa.
The 3D2HP-S series is capable of conveying water, emulsion, and other liquids with chemical properties similar to water, within a temperature range of 0~50℃.
