Fluoroplastic-lined anticorrosive centrifugal pump

Single stage single suction fluoroplastic alloy chemical centrifugal ump is manufactured according to ISO2858 international standard.

Pump case/shell is made of metal lined with fluoroplastic (F46/FEP/PVDF).

Impeller and pump cover is made of fluoroplastic (F46/FEP/PVDF) inserted with metal.

Dynamic seal is for external installation Teflon bellows mechanical seal.

The pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, no aging, high mechanical strength, smooth operation, advanced and reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing performance, convenient disassembly and maintenance, long service life and so on.

Pumped liquids:

Fluoroplastic lined centrifugal pump is used to convey any concentration of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, strong alkali, strong oxidant, organic solvent, reducing agent and other strong corrosive medium.

Liquid temperature: -20℃ to 100℃.

Application:

Transport of Chemical corrosive medium in the production, chlorine water in ionic membrane caustic soda item, wastewater treatment and adding acid technology, the electrolyte transport in non-ferrous metal smelting, automobile manufacturing, sheet and strip steel production line in the pickling process, and pharmaceutical, petroleum, electric power, electroplating, dye, pesticide, papermaking, food, textile, and many other industries
