The 3DK-S series high-pressure plunger pump features a compact design with a small footprint.
For its power end, it offers either splash lubrication or forced lubrication options, ensuring stable and reliable transmission.
This lubrication system effectively reduces the friction coefficient, enhances lubricating performance, and minimizes temperature rise in the power end—enabling the pump to operate continuously for long periods.
As an upgraded variant of the 3D2-S series high-pressure pump, the 3DK-S model comes with a revamped liquid end.
This enhancement boosts the pump’s discharge pressure to 78MPa, significantly expanding its application scope.
It is well-suited for scenarios including high-pressure water jet-assisted rock breaking and coal caving, underground hydraulic prop fluid supply, high-pressure water jet cleaning, metallurgical dephosphorization, powder metallurgy, ship cleaning and derusting, foundation engineering, liquid transfer, tunnel construction.
Additionally, it serves as a pressure test pump for various rubber hoses, metal pipes, and oilfield drilling wellhead equipment.
This product series can safely convey water, emulsion, and other liquids with chemical properties similar to water, within a temperature range of 0-50℃.
